We want you to enjoy your stay, and take home many “anini moments”, but we do have some rules to follow so your neighbors do to! Therese is as honest about the home you are interested in, as can be, as I do not embellish, or touch up photos, in fact my favorite comment from quest is that the house is so much more then what they expected. The homes listed have been owned by the families for generations. They are older but well maintained and equipped, not to mention clean ! Many of my quest that have come year after year consider it home when they arrive. We hope you will too.
Rents are paid by check or direct deposit to avoid high fees. Cancelation fee applies after receipt of deposit, which is to be received within 7 days of bookings. Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. Once due or paid no refund if canceled. Please look into travel insurance.
We do not cater to wedding parties, family reunions, no large gatherings are allowed at the home. We ask that you disclose if traveling with people renting in the area also, or have family on island, as certain rules apply. Quit time is 10pm
The entire shoreline around the island of Kauai is in the County Tsumani Evacuation Zone. This includes all our Anini Beach vacation rentals.
